i was very pleased with the service that this company provides, i received excellent customer support and they were very helpful. there was a minor mix up with my order that resulted in my delivery being delayed, but that caused me minimal inconvenience. the staff are very friendly and even refunded the cost of the shipping for me because it brought me slightly over budget. i would highly recommend buying items from this company. their prices are low, and you receive excellent customer support.

My first DSLR
This is my first DSLR (Canon 500D), I researched extensively and found camerapro.net.au and I am happy to have found them, since I live in Brisbane I contacted them and they replied within daily business hours, I even saved some money by picking up my purchase and saving on shipping. Get us a Nikon FAST!

Very good shop to deal with. I am always unsure about dealing with a new shop, especially online, but CameraPro was a pleasure to deal with. Camera arrived, and we are very happy with it. First purchase from Camerapro, and after my experiance probably NOT the last. Shopped around for a while Camerapro had the best price anywhere.Staff very helpful, spoke to Jesse who answered any questions I had technical or otherwise. I would just like to pass on my thanks to the team, for outstanding service and the price!. I talked, to Jessie regarding a lens for a Nikon Digital SLR, he explained the service offered by his company ,very well and confirmed that supply of the lens was made on a local basis. Many web based retailers, in fact are overseas suppliers and there is the possibility of shipping delays and indeed the delivered items can be "greymarket" with associated warranty issues. Hello, I just bought a Canon handycam hf200 from Camerapro. Being a novice when it comes to video cameras, I had a thorough look on the internet for reviews of different cameras which would film in HD. I visited a number of retail stores supplying different cameras to get their ideas and prices on the different cameras. I finally narrowed it down to the Canon and did a price comparison. Camera pro was the cheapest on line retailer. I than gave the retail stores the option to match the price which they were not able to do so or not willing. So bad luck for them. To place the order was easy and after the initial telephone contact, which was professional and helpful, I placed an on line order with Camera pro and received excellent email contact and a couple of days later the camera arrived by courier, as advertised with all bits and pieces included, at my doorstep. I found the whole experience excellent, professional and a whole lot cheaper than any retail store.The product is excellent, works well as expected from a canon, shoots beautiful video and is very simple to use. One needs a seriously powerful computer though to play, edit and burn this sort of video, my 2003 laptop isn't up to the job. To me this was a very satisfying experience and I would certainly deal with CAmerapro again. Thank you Erik

I recently purchased a Canon HV40 and extra battery from CameraPro. Prior to my purchase I peppered them with emails to clarify various points about my intended purchase. Every single email was answered promptly and with very clear information. Needless to say I was extremely impressed and subsequently purchased my Canon! In the past I have found some e-retailers very tardy and less than helpful when it comes to pre-sales support and (also needless to say) I have rarely followed through and purchased from them. After my purchase I asked a couple more questions by email and again, the service was first rate. CameraPro certainly do not fall into the category of 'now we've got your money and sent your goods we don't want to know you'. I will most definitely be buying further items from this company!
